The Job role:
It will be your responsibility to provide superb Support to our customers, especially around Finance module. So, if you’re witty, flexible, a team player and have the below skills, we are the company for you.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
Interact directly with customers to provide support on any reported issues.
Document the customer requirements and pass them over to Account Management team
Provide Support for Go-Live part of projects and Project Landing phases
Help with Onboarding Customers
The Ideal Candidate will have:
3+ years within the Dynamics NAV market in Customer Service team, Consultancy either from Partner or End User
Great interpersonal skills
Experience of working for a Dynamics NAV | 365 Business Central partner
