Of course a brand has value, but that value doesn’t come from the name or the logo, it comes from the people who work there, from all their time and hard work they invest. It comes from innovation, be it product or service. It comes from the culture that grows from the inside outward, a culture to help, to educate, to be seen as leaders, in some cases to disrupt the norm and to create a wider community where we all thrive.
So for us, changing a name and a logo really isn’t that important, because they are just a word and a picture, what matters is that we all continue to honour the culture that we’ve nurtured, continue to evolve to be the best we can be and continue to focus on the community of staff and customers by delivering exceptional service, innovation and value.
A few years ago, TNP along with Risual, Tisski and ThreeTwoFour (also leaders, disruptors and pioneers in the Microsoft market) came together following the acquisition by Node 4. To the passerby things have probably looked like they always have, but we’ve been working super hard behind the scenes to bring the organisations together, blend the cultures and create, well, a superpower (ok, I may have delusions of grandeur, but one can dream). What we have achieved is creating an amazing Microsoft Biz Apps and Power community and now is the time for all of us to be recognised as that, one big, happy family!
Over the next few months, those old names and logos will evolve to Node 4, your new home for all things Microsoft, except perhaps Xbox, but never say never!
