What makes them incredible, you may ask, and how do we attract the ‘best of the best’ in this highly competitive world of technology and Dynamics NAV | 365 Business Central? And more importantly, what does this mean for you and your business? 

A passion for Dynamics NAV | 365 Business Central

For starters, our company specialises purely in Dynamics NAV | 365 Business Central (and associated extensions). It’s all we focus on. Every-single-one of our technical, customer support and sales staff are passionate about this phenomenal Microsoft technology - not just a little – but obsessively!

‘1,600 years of combined experience’

When it comes to length and breadth of experience, many of us have spent most of our adult lives working with Dynamics NAV | 365 Business Central. In fact, the majority of our 160 staff have roles devoted entirely to Dynamics NAV | 365 Business Central. This equates to a sensational amount of experience – 1,600 years of combined experience to be exact! (Yes, we’ve actually calculated this!) We’re confident in saying that within our team, we have the expertise and experience to quickly and successfully handle any situation or issue that may arise on a project. Chances are very high that at least one of us has dealt with it before – or something very similar.

Aside from their remarkable passion, experience and expertise with Dynamics NAV | 365 Business Central, our people are enthusiastic about all of its functionalities, and the countless benefits those create for our customers.

And speaking of customers, there is a genuine wish that we all do our best for you. This attitude allows us to succeed on a daily basis whether it’s a support call or a large project going live. Without a doubt, excellent customer service is in the DNA of each and every one of our team members.

In fact, when we’re recruiting, it’s something we look for - people who fundamentally have the genuine desire to go the extra mile and beyond, to offer our customers the experience they so well deserve. We also look for a great sense of humour, the ability to work together and support each other, as well as bringing in ideas and adding value to the team.

Not only are we looking to recruit people with the above attributes and hands-on experience in implementing solutions in multi-faceted ways, we’re looking for the right type of person – ‘a NAV People person’. That is, someone who fits our ethos of hard work and hard play, who is approachable and committed. We need to know: Can we put this person in front of a customer and they will do us proud; and are they a good fit for us?

We’re a multicultural organisation

As it turns out, all of these qualities are not found easily, which is one of the reasons The NAV | 365 People is a multicultural organisation. Another reason is that in bringing together the best talent from around the world (from 21 countries!), we are in a wondrously unique position of diversity, where we have the opportunity of learning so much from one another including different ideas, perspectives and even more creative problem-solving.

Our Solution Architects team is a good example of the wealth of experience we have. One team member started working with Navision Attain 3.10 in 2004 and another started in 2005, and they also worked with Microsoft Navision Financials 2.0. Oh, the changes they have seen over the years! Between them, they have worked with Polish, Czech, Slovak, German, French, UK, Dutch, Australian, US, Danish and Chinese versions of Dynamics NAV. Some of their more unusual projects have been implementing systems for: a large industrial energy producer; a meat and sausage factory; racehorse management; and the film industry!

Our excellent customer service is for life

The NAV | 365 People’s entire team, from our Reception staff, to our Customer Services Consultants and our Project Managers, is committed to providing excellent customer service – not just until the end of a project – but for life! Each and every member of The NAV | 365 People plays an integral role in the overall success of our company. And we have a lot of fun along the way!

Customer Services will be your first point of contact should you have a query or issue. It’s a tight-knit team of people who are always prepared to support each other and our customers by going the extra mile, as they genuinely care and want our customers to have the best experience possible. 

Coming from a cross-section of backgrounds, our Customer Services Consultants bring a high level of expertise and experience to their roles. Some have been NAV Developers and Consultants (with senior-level project implementation experience), members of Microsoft’s service delivery teams, end-users with experience implementing Dynamics NAV in their own company, as well as graduates from our Academy and apprenticeship scheme.

And using their broad skillset, our Customer Services Consultants will often carry out one-to-one training, attend customer hand-overs onsite, and maintain follow-up once the project has gone live. So, if you have a simple question, a complex request or an urgent issue that needs resolving, our Customer Services Consultants are always just a phone call (or a click online) away.

Our customers rate us highly

It’s easy to say our customers rate us highly, but how do we know this? To begin with, when it comes to our Customer Services feedback, we are inundated with positive responses. In fact, for the past six months our customer surveys have consistently shown a remarkable 98.9% for customer satisfaction!

Also, we have a very good record of customer retention. Happily, we’re still partnering with customers who have been with us since we started up over 10 years ago. Another positive indicator is our phenomenal growth which can only happen with our customers continuing their investment with us and referring us to other companies along with glowing reports on the outstanding work we do and the high-calibre of the people involved.

Given the number of years we’ve been partnering with many of our like-minded customers, it’s no surprise that many friendships have formed between our customers and our staff (you should see the fun we have at our Dynamics NAV | 365 Business Central User Day dinner and party!)

As you’ve probably worked out by now, all 160 of our staff made it through our stringent interview process and we’re very proud to have them in The NAV | 365 People family.
