About: Graham has been working in the retail space for 19 years...and with NAV for 21 years! In fact, he implemented the very first ‘advanced distribution management system’ (aka warehousing) in the UK. His areas of expertise cover all facets of retail – inventory management, e-comm, warehousing – you name it, he can do it! A jack of all trades and master of each and every one.
